Hi everyone! I wanted to introduce Support Groups to you - this is an organization in which you can find online support for whatever you may be struggling with; an eating disorder, depression, an illness, a bad relationship, and much more! If you are struggling with anything please check it out and if you want to offer support to others on there definitely check it out as well! 
As many of you know I have struggled with disordered eating for a very long time! From restrictive eating - where I wouldn’t let myself eat more than 200 calories a day to binging where I ate 3000+ calories a day for months! It has been awful and such a struggle but I have made it through! I think the biggest thing in my recovery has been the realization that weight does not matter! Happiness and weight have no correlation! I was equally unhappy at 95 pounds as I was at 155 pounds! A low weight or a high weight doesn’t matter! I no longer focus on weight and just focus on happiness! You have to learn to love yourself and love your life! Disordered eating was the worst time of my life and I struggled with depression through it as well! The best thing I ever did was learn to love myself through it all! It is so important to love yourself unconditionally and not focus on numbers or anything! Just have a great day, spend time with people you love and who make you happy, and do things that you enjoy! Live your life to be healthy & happy !
