No Scale December!
No Scale December is a project for you to ditch the scale and the measurements for a month and just enjoy your life, enjoy the holidays, and enjoy the rest of 2013! You do not need a scale to tell you how you should feel, however many people weigh themselves on a daily basis and decide whether it is a good or bad day based on that number! Don’t do that! You should have an awesome day everyday and not even worry about that stupid number! That number says nothing about how awesome and worthy of a person you are so why even bother looking at that number everyday? Stop focusing on the numbers and focus on how you feel! Eat right and exercise so your body feels good and because you enjoy it! Not so you lose weight. Stop focusing on losing weight and focus on everything you will gain instead. Focus on gaining happiness and confidence, beating your PRs, running more miles, lifting more weight, whatever it is for you focus on that! But do not focus on losing weight!
